Saavn, an Indian audio streaming service, has entered into a strategic partnership in the Middle East with VIVA Bahrain to bring Saavn Pro to South Asian audiences in Bahrain. This is the platform’s first step to debut in the region.

Saavn Pro, the company’s subscription offering, gives users access to unlimited music downloads for ad-free, offline listening. As part of the partnership, physical distribution of Saavn Pro scratch cards will be carried out at all VIVA retail outlets, along with digital distribution of Saavn Pro codes via free SMS, offering VIVA’s customers 1 free month of Saavn Pro upon purchasing a one-month subscription.
