Grey Highlights Experience In Emirates’ Latest Global Campaign

Emirates has launched a new global advertising campaign highlighting the experience of flying with the airline. Created by WPP’s Team Air, the campaign includes online films, digital assets, print and outdoor executions and has been led by Grey’s Dubai and London offices.

“While Emirates’ name is well-known, the number one barrier to consider flying with the airline is a lack of knowledge of the actual experience. That’s why in the latest campaign we needed to clearly bring the superiority of Emirates’ product and services across all classes to the front of all communication. Through online films and other digital media, print and outdoor, we show how anyone flying with Emirates can expect more than with any other airline,” said Mike Shackle, Chief Creative Officer, Grey Dubai.

The Dubai-based airline appointed an interdisciplinary WPP team to handle its global branding and creative account in August last year, calling it Team Air. The team consists of Grey’s London, Dubai and New York offices, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, Geometry Global, Hogarth and TNS.

Since the appointment, Grey has redone the airline’s digital assets, shot an entire new stock library, rolled out a Dubai-centric campaign and produced a number of sponsorship films for Emirates.
