Icflix, SLA Partner To Enable Direct Operator Billing

Icflix has partnered with SLA Digital to bring Direct Operator Billing to more customers in the Middle East. This will allow both prepaid and post-paid users the ability to subscribe and access Icflix’ library of content for a monthly, weekly or daily fee depending on the user’s preference. The transaction will be added to the customers’ bill or deducted from their prepaid credit.

Ashley O’Kane, Corporate Communications Manager at SLA Digital commented, “Our partnership with Icflix strengthens our content offering to mobile operators in the Middle East and Asia. We are delighted to partner with such an innovative provider of streaming and VoD content and look forward to developing our relationship with Icflix via Direct Operator Billing.”

Icflix provides customers access to Jazwood (Arabic), Hollywood and Bollywood content, including Arabic movies and TV shows available online alongside kids entertainment and documentaries.

Carlos Tibi, Founder and CEO at Icflix said, “We are happy to have partnered with SLA Digital to access more of the MENA market through valuable Direct Operator Billing connections with mobile operators. We focus on ensuring that our customers can receive our content with ease and without compromising on quality. Direct Operator Billing offers our customers a seamless and secure payment solution that does not require credit card or bank account information to make a purchase.”

SLA Digital will provide Icflix with initial connectivity to Zain’s mobile operators in the Middle East over the coming months.
