Business profile will be of benefit for buyers and sellers using the Instagram platform as it allows brands to signal to people on Instagram that they are a business and enables customers to communicate through Instagram using a ‘Contact’ button that establishes an offline connection, like a phone call or directing them to store.

Business profile also unlocks other features such as insights and promote that help brands better understand and reach their audience. Instagram will automatically pull relevant information from the business’ Facebook Page
into its business profile.
