Meraas , a Dubai-based holding company, is set to launch ‘The Dome Box’, a dome theatre that will screen entertaining and educating cinematic productions.
The Dome Box will captivate the senses in a dome with a 360-degree screen offering a unique audio-visual experience that narrates stories evoking wonder and awe. The cinematic explorations and on-screen adventures will take visitors on a memorable journey enhanced with the marvel of cutting-edge technology that places them virtually in the heart of the storylines unfolding around them.
Accommodating up to 80 visitors at a time, The Dome Box will offer a venue that is ideal for exploration and discovery as well as fun and entertainment. The Dome Box is scheduled to open in September 2015.
Adding a distinctive and highly enjoyable experience to Dubai’s leisure and entertainment offering, The Dome Box is expected to appeal to the city’s dynamic population and tourists alike.
