Vuclip, Ooredoo Up Mobile Video Offer In Qatar

Vuclip and Ooredoo Qatar have launched a first-of-its-kind, browser-based video on-demand service for Ooredoo’s mobile customers.

The launch is part of the company’s ongoing investment in entertainment for the Middle East, with the distinctive video-on-demand service delivering content including entertainment videos, movie clips, sports and more.

With the new offer, viewers across Qatar can watch over 1.7 million videos on-the-go through Vuclip on the Ooredoo Supernet. Vuclip content includes international and local clips in 34 languages.

Highlights of the service include offering customers the ability to maintain a personalized playlist consisting of popular videos in a range of languages, including Arabic, English, Hindi and Tagalog, to keep Qatari national and expatriate subscribers engaged.
