Zenith Middle East Bolsters Senior Team Post Restructure

zenith-logoIn keeping with Publicis Media’s talent objectives and to accelerate regional development, Zenith Middle East has restructured its management team across the region. Under the leadership of Firas El Zein, CEO of Zenith Middle East, the agency has promoted some of its key talent in the attempt to transform the agency, strengthen its market proposition, optimize operational efficiencies and fuel greater growth.

Kinga Janssen is appointed Head of Strategy – Middle East, moving from her previous role as Head of Strategy – GCC. In her new role, she will be overseeing the strategy communications planning across the region.
Gabriel Karam will take on a new role as Head of Digital – Middle East. Previously heading the agency’s digital scope in Kuwait and KSA, Mr Karam will now focus on the accelerated digital transformation of the agency, talent and its clients.

Hadi El Assi is promoted to General Manager – UAE. His most recent role was as Business Managing Director – UAE. His experience will prove invaluable to his new role, where he will oversee the entire client portfolio and business in the country.

Ali Basma is promoted to General Manager – Egypt, moving from his previous role as Business Managing Director – Egypt. Over the past few years, Mr Basma managed to boost the performance of the team and achieve growth in a very dynamic market. Moving forward, he will continue elevating Zenith’s offering to reinforce its strong position in the Egyptian market.

Ibrahim Kalash takes on his new role as General Manager – Kuwait, previously holding the role of Business Managing Director – Kuwait. He will embrace this new challenge of transforming the Zenith Kuwait structure to further grow the business with the same vigor and passion.

“I believe we are in a great position with our current structure to reap the benefits of the new Publicis Media proposition, and I have faith that Kinga, Gabriel, Hadi, Ali and Ibrahim will successfully drive our agency’s transformation into the future,” said Mr El Zein.
