Media Intelligence firm, Meltwater, has been recognized by G2 Crowd, a business software review platform, as the best media monitoring software. G2 Crowd is a consumer opinion website in the market for software and SaaS solutions. The site published its report on the best media monitoring software and best PR analytics software based on reviews by its customers. After analyzing more than 1000 user reviews, Meltwater was ranked first in three categories – media monitoring, influencer identification and PR analytics.
More than 24000 companies in the world work with Meltwater. Around 81 percent of G2 Crowd users rated Meltwater services between four and five stars. According to G2 Crowd users, the main advantage of using Meltwater is its ease of use and speed of service. The availability of a dedicated Meltwater consultant to answer any of their concerns, was also perceived highly. Meltwater’s influencer database and its monitoring functions were rated high.
