MBC, NPAW Partner To Arm SHAHID With Analytics

MBC Group (Middle East Broadcasting Center) and NPAW (Nice People At Work), a technology player in business intelligence and analytics for the online video industry have partnered to provide real-time actionable data that allows MBC’s VOD service, SHAHID, to deliver optimal premium video streaming experience to its audience.

“NPAW’s YOUBORA will allow us to act faster upon our SHAHID user experience enhancements coping with our region’s infrastructure challenges particularly with the variety of broadband connectivity levels which directly impacts any video streaming experience,” said Fadel Zahreddine, MBC’s Group Director of Brand Management & Digital.

By analyzing key metrics and KPI’s from YOUBORA Analytics, MBC is able to take proactive actions to continuously improve their services across all screens, leading to increased audience engagement and viewership growth. With YOUBORA Analytics MBC’s SHAHID will be able to monitor critical audience, quality and user behavior metrics on streaming Video. YOUBORA also allows for the multi-level filtering of different parameters to easily pinpoint key information. The data provided through YOUBORA can also be used to compare various digital audiences and quality KPIs to analyze and decide on how to improve the overall delivery performance of SHAHID.
