ME Dubai has appointed Haytham El-Sherbini as its new Director of Sales & Marketing. The hotel is set to launch in the fourth quarter of 2018.
After graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick – Canada in Cairo, Egypt, Mr El-Sherbini started his sales career with several multinational and luxury hotel chains, such as Dusit International, Intercontinental Hotel Group, and most recently, Emaar Hospitality Group for eight years as Director of Sales Protocol for The Address Hotels + Resorts and later, Director of Sales for Armani Hotel Dubai.
“I am honored to be working with the long-awaited ME Dubai, which is sure to make a big splash in the UAE. I look forward to witnessing the success of ME by Meliá’s first property in the Middle East,” says Mr El-Sherbini.
ME Dubai will take residence in the Omniyat-developed Opus building.
