Boye Balogun, the Regional Director, Head of Digital at Mindshare MENA, moved on from his role at the media agency to establish Future Tech Media and Plan D. Mr Balugun would be heading Future Tech Media as its Co-founder and Managing Director. He also holds the designation of Managing Partner and Chief Stargazer at Plan D.
Future Tech Media is a new venture that would provide digital media solutions and consultancy in Middle East and Africa. The agency has set up base in Dubai and is expected to expand to Lagos later in the year to cater to the African region. Plan D is a digital creative agency, that claims to be in the business of crafting digital experiences.
“We have a perfectly curated suite of innovative digital products across native advertising, mobile and video to help drive the next wave of digital advertising in this market,” said Mr Balogun.
To up its services, Future Tech has joined hands with digital media companies like Vibrant along with media mobile ad network Loop Me.
Mr Balogun has spent nearly four years in the GroupM side having worked in MEC prior to Mindshare. Before that, he was with digital agency Profero in London.
