MMA Gears Up To Launch Middle East Chapter

The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) is finally making way to the Middle East region. While the Middle East has been active for the MMA as part of its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, the association is now making a concerted effort to launch a dedicated Middle East chapter. Chris Babayode, Managing Director, MMA EMEA has confirmed the development to the Arabian Marketer.

Babayode is in Dubai at the moment, looking to concretize the roadmap for the MMA. Details for the launch, the MMA Middle East board and its leadership are still to be formalized.

However, MMA already has the vote of its global supporting partners to launch its operations in Dubai as the hub to the region. The MMA Chapter is expected to bring in MMA’s efforts from around the globe such as the MMA Forum and increase the participation of the Middle East in its global awards platform SMARTIES in the time to come.

Globally, MMA has played a key role in bringing together various partners from the mobile ecosystem to build knowledge, best practices and expertise that will help in the growth of the mobile marketing sector.
