There are 23 entries that have made it to the PR Lynx category at the Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity. TBWA\Raad has five of the shortlisted entries.

Closely following are BBDO Pakistan, FP7/MENA and J Walter Thompson MEA with four shortlists each.

Memac Ogilvy Dubai has three shortlists.
