JCDecaux is gearing up for a change of guard in its Middle East operation. The outdoor agency’s Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Development, Martin Sabbagh will now lead the company in the Middle East after being appointed as the new CEO for the region. Mr Sabbagh takes the top post effective January 15, 2015.
He is succeeding David Bourg, who moves on to take the position of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in Paris.
Mr Sabbagh joined the outdoor advertising company in May 2007 as Senior Acquisition Analyst. In 2008, he was appointed Head of the Group’s Investor Relations and Financial Communications Department before becoming, in 2011, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Development. Based in Dubai, Mr. Sabbagh will report to Jean-Charles Decaux, Chairman of the Executive Board and co-CEO.
