As Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity gears up for what promises to be a hectic week, the shortlists for the Direct Lions, Mobile Lions and Creative Data Lions have been announced.
In all, agencies from the Middle East & North Africa region (MENA) have only four shortlists across the three categories, the UAE continuing to outperforming other regions.
In the Direct Lions category, TBWA\Raad, Impact BBDO and The Classic Partnership are among the shortlisted.

The region has got one shortlist in the Mobile Lions category. Memac Ogilvy Dubai’s ‘TummyFish’ for Nestle Middle East is the shortlisted entry.
MENA agencies have not secured any shortlist in the Creative Data Lions category.
