Publicis Media is steadily taking shape in the Middle East region as it has now named its key leaders across its agency brands.
Alain Brahamcha, Client Managing Director at Starcom, is appointed as CEO of Mediavest | Spark Middle East.
Ali Nehme, Managing Director of Digital at Starcom Mediavest Group, is appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Publicis Media Middle East.
Tarek Daouk, Regional Managing Director at Mediavest, is appointed CEO of Starcom Middle East.
And Firas El Zein will continue his role as CEO for Zenith Middle East.

In his new role as CSO, Mr Nehme will work closely with the Publicis Media leadership group on designing and operationalizing the vision of the company. He will ensure that Publicis Media, its brands and practices in this region continue to challenge and innovate around existing models, as well as identify and develop new capabilities and partnerships, attracting diverse talent that constantly unlock client business growth.
Mr Daouk has built up a wealth of strategic, commercial and client leadership experience in his many years with the Groupe; he served most recently as Regional Managing Director of Mediavest. During his tenure, he led the overall business performance of Mediavest, with five offices in the MENA region. He also looks after the agency’s senior client relationship, growth strategy, and product excellence.
Mr Brahamcha has developed a reputation for building strong strategic client partnerships, developing talent, as well as introducing and accelerating digital innovation across businesses including P&G, Samsung, Orbit Showtime Network, Tiffany & Co, Yas Marina Circuit, Souq.com and Miral. His operational and strategic excellence has covered all markets within this exciting and complex region guiding major multinational brands, as well as fast growing regional business through thought leadership and commercial excellence.
Mr El Zein has more than 17 years of media experience in the MENA region, encompassing an in-depth understanding of the market. As the CEO of Zenith MENA, he has transformed the agency’s size and reputation within the region, as well as Zenith’s global network. During his tenure, Zenith developed major global capabilities through businesses, such as Performics and Newscast that are now fundamental drivers of the Publicis Media practice structure.
