Strive To Exceed Expectations, Says Virgin Mobile’s KSA Chief

Virgin Mobile KSA, a mobile virtual network operator in Saudi Arabia, has claimed to be the fastest growing telecom service provider in the KSA. As per company officials, its subscriber base has reached over 2.8 million by the end of 2017 and it is further expected to reach close to 3.5 million by the end of 2018.

Virgin Mobile has also registered growth revenue of over 50 percent in 2017.

“I am extremely delighted with our continued success and equally proud of every individual effort. I am confident that Virgin Mobile KSA will continue to lead the change in the region and eventually set the stage for our future digital aspirations. Our mission remains to take Virgin Mobile KSA to a whole new level, irrespective of the constantly changing market dynamics,” commented Fouad Halawi, CEO, Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia.

He explained that since the telecom operator’s launch in November 2014, Virgin Mobile KSA has been making progress through its value-added offering, marketing and communication plans, and growth and expansion strategy.

The company singles out the youth target audience in particular, where it has made the most impact.

Addressing the company’s approach to future challenges, Mr Halawi said, “We are fully prepared for what the future may bring, as we have great plans for 2018. As always, we are committed to operating within the market regulations with agility and imagination, and we will continually strive towards exceeding the expectations of our customers and members.”
