Launched in 2011, the Design category honours creative excellence and the innovative use of design as a lever to influence consumers and its use as an aid to the communication of brand and product messages. The category has this year received 139 entries from 12 countries.
While Y&R leads the shortlist with eight entries, JWT, Leo Burnett, FP7/ DXB have four entries each.

Now in its eighth year, the Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity is a meeting place for the
Middle East and North Africa region’s (MENA) advertising and communications industry. Entry categories for the Dubai Lynx Awards are: Film, Film Craft, Print, Print & Poster Craft, Outdoor, Radio, Media, Direct, Promo & Activation, Interactive, Integrated, Design, Mobile, PR and Branded Content & Entertainment. This year has seen a record 2,473 entries from 21 countries.
Dubai Lynx is part of Lions Festivals, organisers of Cannes Lions, Lions Health, Lions Innovation, Spikes Asia, Eurobest and the Asian Marketing Effectiveness and Strategy Awards.
