Out of the 294 entries that were shortlisted in the Media Lions category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, quite a few agencies in the MENA regions managed to clinch a place competing now for the final lap for Media Lions.
Geometry Global Dubai (Geometry Global Dubai/ Memac Ogilvy Dubai) got its ‘Back Off Radio’ campaign shortlisted in the category for Use of Audio Platforms & Public, Health & Safety Awareness Messages. Its work for Unilever for ‘Handle On Hygiene’, also got shortlisted in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Publicis Middle East Dubai, Leo Burnett Beirut, Y&R Dubai, Mindshare Tunisia and Mediacom MENA Dubai also got a shortlist each.
