Capital Health Awards Social Media Mandate To Grayling

The private integrated healthcare group, Capital Health, has appointed Grayling to handle its social media communications. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Capital Health operates two healthcare facilities in the UAE — Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH) and Health Shield Medical Center.

Social media is a key factor in influencing healthcare decisions and Capital Health recognize the need to have a robust strategy to reach both Emiratis and international patients. “As part of this mandate we have devised a data-driven strategy to inform the content creation process. The main goal of our strategy is to educate the population about rehabilitation, best healthcare practices and bust common myths among the population,” added Anu Chowdhary, Social Media Director, MEA, Grayling.

Grayling aims to provide consumers with medical information through a mix of film, infographics, interactive elements and influencers campaigns – all supplemented by a targeted media-buying approach that will help Capital Health reach GCC-wide audiences.
