Digital and direct agency Flourish has added the Samsung Gulf Electronics CRM mandate to its roster following a competitive four-way pitch. The work will encompass digital CRM strategy and delivery, as well as creative across the entire consumer product portfolio including mobile, tablet, wearables, television, audio and home appliances.
The development will also see Flourish open its doors in the UAE, based in Dubai, its second international office opened in the last two years. As per company officials, Flourish has big ambitions for the region and will be looking to add additional accounts in the coming months.
Securing the Samsung Gulf Electronics CRM account is part of Flourish’s broader global growth strategy, following the establishment of Flourish in Australia.
