Google Launches AdWords Express To Attract SMBs In UAE

Adwords Express App

In a bid to encourage small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Arab Emirates, Google has launched AdWords Express in the market. SMBs know the importance of being online, but running that first ad can be overwhelming. Google introduced AdWords Express to help small businesses start advertising online easily, without the need for daily management.

The product aims to enable businesses new to online advertising to reach customers with ease. AdWords Express is designed to help local businesses, that aren’t already AdWords advertisers, to create effective campaigns.

The tech major has also introduced a free app for Android and iOS allowing users access to all the features of AdWords Express through mobile devices.

AdWords Express has added more control for defining target audiences. In addition to this, when users select business category, AdWords Express claims that customers searching for related topics will see the ad.

“To improve the targeting of an ad, the products and services that are mentioned on a website can now be added by AdWords Express as keywords if they are related to the ad. We’ve also added more negative keywords to exclude unwanted searches, which improves the click-through rates of ads and means a lower cost for advertisers,” explained Shant Oknayan, SMB Marketing Lead – Middle East and North Africa region in an official company post.
