A cola can make any meal special, or so believes Pepsi. In its latest communication, the cola major is inviting audiences, in its usual upbeat fashion, to “make any meal exciting with a Pepsi”.
The ad begins with a group of friends having everyday meals, only for each of their meals to become fancier with a Pepsi. The hitting of Pepsi cans and family bottles with plates, a recurring theme in the ad, is a reminder of how the beverage has influenced meal consumption patterns despite the various health debates around the subject.
Pepsi is running the campaign simultaneously with its ongoing campaign ‘Pepsi Music Challenge’ as temperatures just about begin to rise in the region, and the beverage gears up for its busy season.
