Did You Consult Vodafone For Your Business Readiness?

To cope with the changes in the market along with increasing the efficiency of businesses, Vodafone Egypt has introduced the Vodafone Enterprise Ready Meter. The meter helps businesses identify how ready their business is compared to the rest of the industry. This is the first time that Vodafone, or any other telecom operator in Egypt, has launched a consultancy tool to help its customers.

“Ready Business is Vodafone’s global enterprise brand. It is about empowering businesses with our technology, where everything and everyone is confidently connected everywhere. The more intelligently connected your business is, the more ready it is,” commented Mai Azmy, MD, J. Walter Thompson Cairo.

The meter is divided in three sections. The first is ‘Introduction’ that understands the customer’s profile. The second is ‘Questions’, which has a set of point-based questions regarding how customers perform their daily operations that translate into a final score. The third section comprises ‘The Report’ which is a detailed info showing how ready the customer is vs. the leaders in his industry.

“The Ready Business Meter is an online survey-type tool that assesses how ready a business is for today’s obstacles, and depending on how the customer deals with his or her daily operations, Vodafone will score the customer out of 100 percent (100 being the most ready) and recommend solutions to help them operate more efficiently,” explained Ms Azmy.

To emphasis this and how companies are benefitting with it, Vodafone Egypt along with J. Walter Thompson Cairo released three TVCs. Collaborating with ‘The Coffee Beans’, ‘CIB’ and ‘Royal Maxim Palace Kempenski’, Vodafone Egypt shows through the TVCs how the Ready Business Meter has empowered them.

The campaign launched on January 26, 2016 in Egypt is expected to be carried for six weeks on all platforms including TV, OOH, Digital, BTL (Retail), PR & Activation Events. MEC is the media agency on the business.

“The campaign is not like any traditional testimonial copy you would see. It’s formulated in a TEDx style with the aim to inspire other companies to become as ready as the ones showcased in the copies. We’re featuring real customers with real stories,” said Ms Azmy.
