More from this ‘millennial among us’:

What Drives You To Be In This Industry?
Digital is transforming businesses in multiple industries. We meet clients from several industries spanning across fintech, telecom and retail among others. With each new project, we gain so much insight that allows us to build personalized experiences that not only exceed our clients’ expectations, but very often answers their latent needs. We propose disrupting business models injected with digital transformation strategies, across multiple channels, always pushing an omnipresence brand experience.

Why Advertising?
I believe digital advertising chose me. I had applied for this job hoping to find a new passion, and I ended up being addicted to digital. I’ve been working for this company for almost five years now, and every day is a new challenge. Be it by working on exciting pitches, or the sleepless nights before going live with a job, this industry pushes you to keep learning both personally and professionally.

What Comprises A Good Work Day?
Going live with a job always cheers up the office. But given the agile work methodology we follow, we often face challenges during the daily project management of threads that need quick solutions. My role is to make sure no hiccups are encountered during the execution. Facing these challenges successfully makes my day.

How Did You Begin?
My first job was a sales trainee for a document management system. It has been an interesting journey from there to being a business director!
