Zebanomics: ‘Two’ The Believers…

No occasion to celebrate should be wasted, and today we have more than just an excuse. The Arabian Marketer, AM as most of you know it, turns two years old today. In many ways, it seems like only yesterday when we first began work on AM, but in many other ways, it feels like we have been here awhile. Much of the credit of the latter goes to the leaders of this industry who have helped us in becoming a part of its fabric – a gesture that cannot be thanked in mere words.

Crafted for an age, when marketing is becoming critical in building communities, growing businesses and reaching out to masses with unprecedented personalization, AM is working everyday to be the forward-looking marketing and media watch house that delivers news, views and analysis to industry stakeholders.

In its effort to build specialist communities, AM has launched AM Unicorns, a dedicated approach to report on the news, developments and issues concerning the startup ecosystem in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

A more recent addition is AM Tech that reports on the latest from the tech world and how digitalization is taking shape and transforming businesses.

There are many people to thank — for support, for work, contributions and also for constructive criticism to AM. But our biggest thank you goes to you, our readers. Some of you joined us from the beginning and many joined on the way in this journey. We thank each one of you for being with us and encouraging us to move forward.

No business works without advertising support, and AM has been blessed to see partners who have allowed us to grow, and provide better coverage on a wider array of subjects both online and in print. It is their support that has helped us to be at the centre of global platforms such as Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, dmexco and CES and bring MENA to the global industry while bringing global developments to professionals in MENA.

Thank you for your sustained support for two years – we only hope that we work hard enough to see more of this encouragement in the years to come.

Here’s to the believers!
